This policy applies only to DAC Company and its entire network of marketplaces. It does not apply to any other company.

RETURN POLICY

Refunds / Credit Notes / Cancellations

For goods already shipped, DAC approves a credit note (not a refund). Credit notes offset your next order from the same vendor. Vendors issue refunds/credit notes, not DAC.

Items must match their description for a refund claim to be valid. DAC reviews deserving refund cases with its legal, insurance, vendor, and investigation teams.

Orders are not cancellable once confirmed and paid unless the vendor agrees, with incurred costs reimbursed by the client.

Complaints

Complaints are handled by DAC's dedicated support. Each case is reviewed individually; no guarantee of perfect resolution.

Lost or Stolen Shipments

DAC is not responsible for items lost or stolen during shipping. Customers should contact the delivery company or vendor directly.

Damaged Goods

DAC is not responsible for goods damaged during third-party shipping. However, DAC works to protect goods before and during delivery.
